History Repeats Itself

I’ve often commented on the baffling nature of the West’s refusal to see the threat from the Middle East (read: Iran) and radical Islam as what it is, history repeating itself. President Ahmadinejad’s anti-semitic rhetoric is almost as similar to Hitler’s as the modern West’s insistence that he’s just playing politics is to the pre-World War II West’s insistence that Hitler would never act on his proclamations.
